Chilibre lies north of the metropolitan area of Panama City, in Panamá District. Its seat is Chilibre Centro, and it borders Ancón, Caimitillo, Las Cumbres and Alcalde Díaz. It has a tropical monsoon climate, with heavy rain from roughly April to November.
With so many months of rain, outdoor humidity gets into the units and the dust stuck to the duct walls can stay damp, which opens the door to mold. The trip leaves the city, so the address, the type of property and the access are confirmed before setting out. The area is about 24 km by road from the Climatiza office, in an approximate calculation.
Data point: A modeling study by Waring and Siegel (2008) estimated that filters in commercial systems collect a median of 130 g/m² per month, compared with 2.97 in residential ones. It is an estimate, which is why the actual case is inspected.
