Verifiable commitments in every intervention
What is delivered can be checked. These are the four commitments that come with every job.
The four commitments

A written report for each intervention, with the scope, the date and the personnel involved.

Camera verification at the same points, before and after cleaning.

An explicit record of the sections that could not be cleaned, with the reason.

The report belongs to the client and can be used with any provider.
What each one means
- Written report. Each intervention closes with a technical document: photographs and video of the before and after, sections cleaned and findings on the air handling unit and the drain.
- Same points. The second inspection is carried out where the first one was, so the before and the after can be compared.
- What could not be cleaned. Sections without access are recorded in the report and installing access doors is recommended. A partial cleaning is never presented as complete.
- The client’s report. It can be shown to a board, an insurer or another provider quoting the same job.
