How to compare two duct cleaning quotes

By comparing the scope first and the amount afterwards: which sections each proposal includes, whether there is a prior inspection and a later verification, whether the air handling unit is included and what document is delivered at the end.
What to compare

A quote made without seeing the system
When the proposal does not start from an inspection, the scope is estimated. That is why it is worth starting with an inspection report, which belongs to the client and can be used to ask several providers for quotes on the same data.
