ABOUT US
A Climatiza technical service dedicated to ductwork
We inspect, document and clean the air conditioning ductwork of buildings in operation in Panama City.
Who we are
Limpieza de Ductería is the air duct inspection and cleaning technical service of Climatiza, an air conditioning technical service company in Panama City.
This site brings together in one place the method, the criteria and the documents of that service, designed for those who have to decide on the maintenance of a building.
Work is carried out on installations in operation and on systems installed by another provider, which is the usual case. The first inspection documents the condition in which the system is received.
Why a service dedicated to ductwork
Ductwork is out of sight. It is rarely checked and almost never documented.
A cleaning without prior inspection or later verification leaves nothing to show to whoever has to approve the expense.
A service focused on a single system makes it possible to set a procedure, equipment and report format, and repeat them in every intervention.
Who we serve
The service is designed for those who answer for the condition of the system to a third party: a board of directors, an operations department or an insurer.
- Maintenance and facility managers of corporate buildings
- Condominium administrators
- Operations departments of hotels and chains
- Infrastructure managers of clinics and pharmacies
- Retail premises and restaurants (dining room air conditioning)
How we work
The full method, with its eight phases and the commitments of each intervention, is described on the method page. Where the service has a limit, it is stated in writing in the report.
